Marketing Automation Specialist

We are looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist to build, optimize, and scale automated marketing systems that drive pipeline growth, lead conversion, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, and Pardot.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms
• Experience building workflows, lead scoring systems, nurture sequences, and automated campaigns
• Strong understanding of CRM systems, marketing funnels, lead attribution, and automation logic
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Strong written English communication
• Comfortable working independently in remote environments
