We’re hiring a Marketing Coordinator to support day-to-day executive operations, marketing execution, content coordination, and program administration. This is a hands-on, multi-functional role for someone who thrives in structured yet entrepreneurial environments.
Requirements
- Proven experience in executive assistance, marketing coordination, or digital operations support
- Experience supporting founders, coaches, or entrepreneurial businesses preferred
- High proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar)
- Experience using GoHighLevel CRM or similar marketing automation platforms
- Proficiency with Canva and video editing tools such as Veed, OpusClips, or similar
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram management
- Strong written English communication skills
- Highly organized with strong multitasking ability in fast-paced environments
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision
- High attention to detail and strong execution discipline
