Marketing Coordinator

We’re hiring a Marketing Coordinator to support day-to-day executive operations, marketing execution, content coordination, and program administration. This is a hands-on, multi-functional role for someone who thrives in structured yet entrepreneurial environments, pays close attention to detail, and takes ownership of follow-through across executive support and marketing systems.

Requirements

• Proven experience in executive assistance, marketing coordination, or digital operations support
• Experience supporting founders, coaches, or entrepreneurial businesses preferred
• High proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar)
• Experience using GoHighLevel CRM or similar marketing automation platforms
• Proficiency with Canva and video editing tools such as Veed, OpusClips, or similar
• Strong understanding of LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram management
• Strong written English communication skills
