Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in sales management, business development, or account management
• Proven track record of hitting/exceeding revenue targets, managing successful sales teams, and strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
• Deep understanding of outbound sales, pipeline management, lead conversion, and deal closing
• Experience using CRM systems and sales reporting tools
