Sales Manager

We’re hiring a Sales Manager to lead, coach, and scale a high-performing sales team while driving consistent revenue growth. In this role, you’ll oversee the full sales process — from pipeline generation to deal closure — while managing team performance, coaching reps, and optimizing systems.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in sales management, business development, or account management
• Proven track record of leading teams and hitting revenue targets
• Strong understanding of the full sales cycle (prospecting → closing)
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
• Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
