Job Description
Pave is building a leading compensation platform by combining real-time compensation data with AI/ML. They provide $190+ billion in compensation spend to over 8,500 companies and are used as a benchmark for competitive compensation. They are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to drive growth in enterprise segments, focusing on account-based marketing, product-led campaigns, and partnership efforts.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing.
- Experience with product-led and sales-led growth motions.
- Strong analytical skills using marketing analytics platforms.
- Understanding of B2B buyer journeys, lead scoring, and handoffs.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation, webinar, ABM, and outbound platforms.
- Self-starter with experience managing multiple campaigns and working cross-functionally.
