Pavement Preservation Group is seeking a Project Supervisor to oversee daily operations of project sites, ensuring efficient, safe, and quality execution of projects according to project plans and specifications.

Requirements

• Site Supervision: Oversee daily operations on project sites, ensuring work is performed according to project plans, specifications, and safety standards.
• Project Coordination: Coordinate with the Project Manager and other team members to ensure alignment of project objectives and deliverables.
• Quality Control: Monitor work quality and ensure that all work meets the required standards and specifications.
• Safety and Compliance: Ensure that all site activities comply with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
• Communication and Reporting: Maintain clear and effective communication with the Project Manager, team members, and stakeholders.
• Resource Management: Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Problem-Solving and Issue Resolution: Identify potential issues or risks that may impact project progress and take proactive measures to address them.
• Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of site activities, including daily logs, work orders, and inspection reports.
