Crisis Case Manager

Pawnee Mental Health is seeking a Crisis Case Manager to join their team in Manhattan, KS. As a Crisis Case Manager, you will work in the community to provide in-person support, help de-escalate difficult situations, and guide individuals toward safety and ongoing care. This is meaningful, fast-paced work for someone who stays calm under pressure and truly wants to make a difference in people's lives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with a major in gerontology, nursing, health, social work, counseling, human development, or family studies, or related area as approved by KDADS SCA/OAA Program Manager, and at least one year of experience in the aging and/or disability field
• A Registered Professional Nurse licensed to practice in the State of Kansas with at least one year of experience in the aging and/or disability field
• Strong oral and written communication skills using the English language
• Basic personal computer skills which enable the entry, retrieval and use of electronic data
• A valid driver's license and automobile liability insurance maintained in accordance with Pawnee policy and procedure
