Mental Health Therapist

Pawnee Mental Health is seeking a Mental Health Therapist to provide trauma-informed, evidence-based mental health therapy to individuals, families, and groups in an outpatient setting.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, Social Work or related field
• Current, active, unencumbered license as an LPC, LMFT, LMLP, or LMSW
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to exercise sound clinical judgment in routine, urgent, and emergent clinical situations
• Ability to provide therapy to youth and adults across the lifespan, ages 5 and up.
• Ability and desire to work as part of a clinical team while also able to be self-directed and motivated with minimal supervision
• Strong ability to manage time and prioritize tasks
• Ability to acquire and effectively practice new clinical skills as needed according to evolving agency needs/services
• Ability to effectively utilize Microsoft Office Suite
