Pawnee Mental Health is seeking an Outpatient Therapist to provide trauma-informed, evidence-based mental health therapy to individuals, families, and groups in an outpatient setting. The role involves collaborating with treatment teams, developing person-centered plans, and delivering services that support client progress and overall well-being.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, Social Work or related field
- Current, active, unencumbered license as an LPC, LMFT, LMLP, or LMSW
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to exercise sound clinical judgment in routine, urgent, and emergent clinical situations
- Ability to provide therapy to youth and adults across the lifespan, ages 5 and up
- Ability and desire to work as part of a clinical team while also able to be self-directed and motivated with minimal supervision
- Strong ability to manage time and prioritize tasks
- Ability to acquire and effectively practice new clinical skills as needed according to evolving agency needs/services
- Ability to effectively utilize Microsoft Office Suite
