The Brand Marketing Director is responsible for defining, building, and scaling PayJoy's brand perception globally by developing and executing the brand strategy, visual and verbal identity, and integrated cross-channel campaigns.
Requirements
- Define, build, and scale how the world perceives PayJoy.
- Develop the brand strategy, visual and verbal identity systems, and brand campaigns.
- Balance data with creativity, storytelling with performance, to establish the foundations for a world-class brand function.
- Create a measurably effective brand function with KPIs for brand health (awareness, consideration, preference).
- Define and articulate PayJoy ́’s brand positioning, purpose, and value proposition across audiences and markets.
- Create the PayJoy brand architecture, messaging framework, tone of voice, and visual identity guidelines.
- Lead the conception and execution of cross-channel campaigns to drive awareness and trust.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing, Growth, Design, and Communications to ensure brand consistency and coherence across every touchpoint.
- Translate the company’s mission and impact into compelling narratives for investors, partners, and customers.
