Requirements
- Manage, coach, and motivate the Tech Ops team
- Handle all high impact tech projects related to Support
- Manage the relationship with tools providers
- Coordinate activities of the QA & Training team
- Oversee the development and maintenance of knowledge base articles
- Collaboration with Customer Service, Product, Engineering, and Operations teams
- Track key performance indicators
- Monitor and analyze support trends metrics
