Job Description
Payments Canada is looking for a Lead, Fraud Services & Financial Crime to drive the development and execution of fraud roadmaps, coordinate and analyze fraud work packages for the Real-time Rail, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a trusted and secure payment system.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in Business, Economics, Math or related discipline.
- Minimum of seven (7) to ten (10) years of progressive work experience in fraud management, risk management, and business analysis.
- Experience in Product Development and Product Management disciplines, including Stage Gate.
- Knowledge of payments and financial crime / anti-money laundering.
- Ability to effectively bridge cross-functional teams and vendor teams.
- Ability to solve complex problems and manage uncertainty.
- Experience with developing and promoting fraud strategies.
- Leadership and management experience.
- Experience working in an Agile environment.
- Experience working in a matrix environment.
- Eligibility to obtain and maintain a Government of Canada Reliability Status Clearance.
