Senior Analyst, Industry Relations ( 12 month term)

Payments Canada is seeking a Senior Analyst, Industry Relations to support its efforts to build and maintain strong relationships across the Canada Payments ecosystem. The successful candidate will act as a key liaison, fostering productive, collaborative connections with members and stakeholders to support the organization’s Industry engagement and relationship building.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline
• A minimum of five (5) years of experience within the payments and/or financial services sector
• A minimum of two (2) years of progressive experience specifically in client engagement, stakeholder management, or relationship management
• Ability to build, manage, and influence high-level relationships with external members and internal cross-functional teams
• Excellent presentation and persuasion skills
• Ability to analyze complex market trends and translate them into actionable annual account plans
• Capable of high performance in ambiguous, fast-paced, and rapidly changing situations
• Superior problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying member needs and process improvements
• Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
