Job Description
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will work on a DND Science Digitalization initiative, translating business requirements into functional and non-functional requirements, and collaborating with stakeholders to define business data definitions and ensure data quality expectations. You will be part of a team working on a hybrid work arrangement, with at least 3 days of on-site work at DND's Carling Campus and the rest of the work performed remotely. The position requires Canadian citizenship and a minimum of 10 years of residency in Canada.
Requirements
- More than ten years of experience working in large enterprise or government
- Advanced knowledge working with requirements management tools and methodologies and developing business requirements in a project context for implementing ERP systems, or similar
- Advanced knowledge of industry-based business analysis practices, ideally supported by an industry certification in business analysis or business architecture
- Fast learner who can absorb and understand complex systems, requirements and data
- Excellent organizational and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Canadian citizenship, with 10 or more years residing in Canada with no periods longer than six continuous months out of country, is absolutely necessary as part of the requirements to obtain a government security clearance to the minimum level of Secret
