Job Description
We are looking for an Enterprise Client Success Manager to manage our largest and most strategic Enterprise clients in the region, enabling them to scale through making payments frictionless, driving acquisition of new merchants, and growing the Mass Payout solution stack.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in related fields
- 5 years of experience in a client-facing role in high growth technology firms, ecommerce/payments firms, fintech space or in a financial institution
- Successful track records of achieving commercial targets
- Data-driven and analytical mindset
- Analytical problem solver, customer obsessed, team oriented
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both in person and over the phone in English
- Ability to work with global cross functional teams
