Product Director, Money Movement Platform

Payoneer is seeking a Product Director to lead the development of the Money Movement Platform, a critical financial component that enables global payments and transactions. The successful candidate will have 7-10+ years of product experience in fintech or payments, with a focus on payment processing, ledgering, and reconciliation. They will work closely with engineering to design resilient systems and improve accuracy and scalability.

• Fintech or Payments Specialist
• 7-10+ years of product experience
• Payment processing and settlement flows
• Ledgering and balance systems
• Treasury / liquidity / FX workflows
• Reconciliation and financial controls
• Integrations with banks, processors, networks, or financial infrastructure APIs
• Ability to partner closely with engineering on architecture, data models, APIs, scaling constraints, and failure modes
