Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Director of Product Management to take the wheel of our Money Movement Platform, a foundational powerhouse that powers every client-facing product we launch. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in Product Management, with a deep focus on B2B, infrastructure, or complex platform ecosystems.
Requirements
- Architect the Product Craft: You will elevate the standard of platform product management, coaching Product Directors to balance technical debt with high-impact innovation.
- Master the Delivery Lifecycle: Own the end-to-end execution of our core infrastructure, ensuring high uptime, predictable velocity, and elite performance metrics.
- Scale the Operating System: Design and refine the methodologies that allow multiple product teams to stay aligned, transparent, and efficient.
- Lead the Leaders: Directly manage and inspire a high-performing team of Product Directors and Principals, fostering a culture of ownership and technical excellence in the Fintech space.
