Requirements
- 5+ years of experience leading and shipping consumer mobile app experiences
- Exceptional craft skills, including the ability to build realistic prototypes and work fluently with design systems, pattern libraries, repositories, and internal design tooling
- Deep understanding of product design methodologies and lifecycle, across multiple channels and platforms
- User-centered mindset, with experience leveraging design research to uncover insights and inform decisions
- Highly self-sufficient, able to manage design responsibilities independently and balance iterative exploration with milestone-driven delivery
