Sr Experience Designer

We are looking for a candidate who can lead strategic projects that bring to life rich storytelling with motion, video, animation and exquisite design craft. Our ideal candidate will lead the end-to-end design process with user insight driven hypothesis, motion prototyping, communicate motion prototypes to cross-functional partners, turning their feedback into quick iterations, and working with engineering to drive high-fidelity implementation.

Requirements

• Perform product designs specialized in experience design knowledge and developed business expertise
• Lead projects and/or programs within the product function with moderate scope impacting function or sub-function
• Create customer experiences across digital and physical products within general parameters under broad supervision
• Act as a subject matter resource for entry level and developing colleagues
• Mastery of Figma using, creating and documenting components within a design system
• Experience with motion design with components, marketing assets, documenting motion patterns for development and guidelines is required
• Expertise with motion design software (Principle, Adobe After Effects,)
