Job Description
PayPal is seeking a Sr Manager, Financial Crimes Compliance Lead to lead FCC for PayPal’s Singapore operations, translating global frameworks into locally effective strategies. The role requires expertise in AML/CFT, sanctions compliance, and Singapore payments regulation, with the ability to craft efficient risk management approaches.
Requirements
- 8+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree
- 7+ years of experience in financial crimes compliance, with deep expertise in AML/CFT and sanctions compliance specific to Singapore
- 5+ years of leadership experience, including managing compliance teams in a first-line capacity
