Job Description
PayPal seeks Sr Manager, Performance Marketing in New York, NY. The role will support building measurement capabilities, develop solutions for marketing effectiveness and ROI, and provide updates to finance leadership. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience in performance marketing.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Business, Economics or a closely related field
- 5 years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation
- Design and develop maintaining Marketing Mix Models including data collection, data cleansing, data analysis and reviewed model results
- Develop and implement incrementality testing, prepared test design and ensured holdouts
- Develop and design self service dashboards for portfolio and marketing performance tracking, enabled clients to monitor key trends and customer behavior metrics
- Hypothesize, design and implement marketing campaigns aimed at acquisition and customer engaging repeat usage
- Generate insights to influence marketing and business decisions, partnered with cross-functional stakeholders to align on key metrics and KPIs
- Work on Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills to support leadership in decision making through data analyses and results presentations
