Business Development Director, Crypto

Paysafe is looking for a seasoned and visionary Business Development Director to maintain and spearhead strategic growth in the cryptocurrency exchange space.

Requirements

• Identify new business opportunities in the cryptocurrency sector and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders, including other exchanges, financial institutions, and technology partners.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
• Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to align business development strategies and ensure cohesive execution.
• Negotiate and close partnership deals with potential clients and partners.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of business development initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote our brand and expand our network.
• Work with legal and compliance teams to ensure all partnerships adhere to regulatory requirements.
• Update the CRM system to track leads and identify solid business opportunities.
• Attend industry events and networking conferences.
