Job Description
We are looking for an RMA Project Manager to take our department to the next level. As an RMA Project Manager, you will analyze, optimize, and implement RMA processes and procedures, and lead a team of four colleagues.
Requirements
- Experience with project management, preferably in a technical or hardware environment.
- Strong process-oriented skills: you see opportunities and can make them concrete.
- Leadership skills; experience in leading a small team is an asset.
- Good communication skills and customer-oriented.
- Able to prioritize in a dynamic and growing organization.
- Administratively accurate and good at monitoring progress and quality.
- Hands-on mentality, you enjoy being close to the operation.
