Technical Writer

We are looking for a Technical Writer to bring structure to our technical landscape and build a world-class documentation portal. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in technical writing, experience building or restructuring documentation portals, and a strong ability to partner with developers.

Requirements

• Plan, build, and manage a centralized documentation portal
• Define and document technical standards, style guides, and templates
• Audit and curate existing technical information
• Get hands-on with Payter hardware, software, and service interfaces
• Act as a communication bridge between Development and Product teams and customers
• Work within the Product team to identify documentation gaps and ensure new releases are supported with high quality documentation
