We are seeking a dynamic and data-driven Manager of Growth to join our rapidly growing team. As a Manager of Growth, you will play a key role in driving customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth across multiple channels.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field
- 2-5 years of experience in a growth, marketing, or performance role, ideally in a high-growth startup or tech environment
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Tableau, etc.)
- Proficient in marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.), paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.), and CRM systems
- Excellent understanding of growth channels, including SEO, SEM, paid social, content marketing, and email marketing
- Ability to run A/B tests and interpret results to drive optimization
- Solid understanding of customer lifecycle, customer segmentation, and funnel optimization
- Strong project management skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously
- Highly collaborative with strong interpersonal skills to work across teams
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven with a focus on continuous improvement
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
