Payroll Specialist

Paytm is seeking a Payroll Specialist to own end-to-end payroll operations across Paytm Group entities. The role involves accurate and timely salary processing, managing statutory compliance, and ensuring seamless payroll system integrations.

Requirements

• 5 to 8 years of experience in payroll operations
• Strong and up-to-date knowledge of Indian payroll laws and statutory compliance requirements
• Proven proficiency in leading payroll for multiple entities, handling complexity
• Hands-on experience with HRMS / payroll software
• Strong command over Excel / spreadsheets and familiarity with payroll system integrations
• Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, confidentiality, integrity, and high level of numerical accuracy
