Team lead - Customer Acquisition - Bangalore

Paytm is seeking a Customer Acquisition Team Lead to drive on-ground outreach and acquisition initiatives in Bangalore. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses strong communication skills, and demonstrates high ownership over key operational metrics.

Requirements

• On-Ground Execution: Demonstrate a willingness to work on-ground and execute high-speed acquisition activities in target locations and Team Handling
• Stakeholder Coordination: Efficiently coordinate with colleges, corporates, markets, and other external locations to secure necessary permissions and approvals for acquisition drives and events.
• Communication & Reporting: Maintain good spoken English and language skills for professional interactions. Utilize good WhatsApp and email communication skills for quick updates and documentation.
• Operational Excellence: Exhibit high speed and strong ownership of acquisition targets, ensuring timely and effective campaign rollout and performance.
• Team Collaboration: Work directly with a centralized team, maintaining constant availability and providing support, including during weekends, as required by operational demands.
• Problem Solving: Quickly identify and resolve logistical or communication barriers encountered during on-ground activation.
