Supervisor, Maintenance - Electrical Job Summary: The position is responsible for the safety, quality, and efficiency of hourly employees' work during the execution of electrical preventative and reactive maintenance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering discipline plus 4 years of experience working in electrical maintenance environment in lieu of engineering degree must possess 8 years of experience working in electrical maintenance environment.
• 3+ years' supervisory or process management experience required, preferably in a union environment.
• Preference given to individuals with experience in a refinery/petrol chemical environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
• Hard trade experience/certification is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft office suite required.
• SAP experience preferred.
