We are looking for a full-time BCBA Clinical Supervisor to provide services for our company. The Clinical Supervisor will supervise Behavioral Therapists and Mid-Level Case Managers, conduct functional behavioral assessments, and provide parent training/education to caregivers.
Requirements
- Master's in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, Special Education, Child Development, Social Work, Speech Language Pathology, or related field
- Active BCBA Certification with BACB board
- At least one year experience of administering assessments, and serving individuals with ASD and other developmental disorders, with a full range of skills and abilities
- Strong knowledge and deep understanding of behavior analytic therapies and experience delivering these services
- Experience with case supervision
- Excellent writing and communication skills, highly organized with the ability to multitask
