Seasonal Cooking Camp Assistant

Assist instructors with classroom setup and ingredient preparation, provide excellent customer service, and supervise camp attendees during classes. Works in a grocery store environment with occasional off-site events.

Requirements

• Available to work Monday through Friday throughout the summer camp season
• Available a minimum of 8 of 10 weeks of the summer camp season
• Demonstrated excellent, professional customer service skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced classroom setting
• Experience working with school-age children (ages 8 to 16)
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Ability to meet physical requirements of standing, twisting, bending, repetitive motion and lifting up to 30 lbs. on a regular basis
• Available weekday mornings and afternoons
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to PCC locations
