Senior Business Development Manager

A sales-focused role to identify new business opportunities and meet assigned sales targets, build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders, and promote the company's brand image.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Telecommunications, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in telecommunications or ICT sales, with strong exposure to Enterprise markets.
• Existing relationships with key Enterprise customers and IT partners are preferred.
• Solid understanding of IP-based connectivity, subsea cables, and cloud networking solutions.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-driven, results-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
