Business Development Manager

Business Development Manager role to identify new business opportunities, meet sales targets, and build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Telecommunications, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in telecommunications or ICT sales
• Existing relationships with key Enterprise customers and IT partners
• Solid understanding of IP-based connectivity, subsea cables, and cloud networking solutions
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Self-driven, results-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision
