Your Tasks
- Administration and optimization: You take care of the maintenance, administration, and expansion of our Windows and Linux system landscapes and ensure a comprehensive technical documentation.
- Virtualization and cloud: You create and manage virtual machines (VMs) and actively participate in the implementation of modern cloud solutions.
- Network and security: You are responsible for the administration, monitoring, and further development of our network infrastructure, including firewalls, VPNs, and VoIP systems.
- Training and know-how: You develop innovative training concepts or -materials, e.g. for MS Office or ProAlpha, and strengthen the IT competence of our employees.
- Process optimization: You implement IT hard- and software to make our internal processes more efficient and modern.
- Support with foresight: You support the team in 1st- and 2nd-level support as needed and develop sustainable, efficient solutions for IT problems.
Your Profile
- You have a solid technical understanding in the IT field and have already accumulated several years of experience in a similar position.
- You have a solid knowledge of designing and managing networks.
- You are confident in dealing with virtualizations (VMware) and are well-versed in Linux and Windows systems.
- You enjoy creating and conducting training measures - or want to develop further in this area.
- You are committed, service-oriented, and approach things with a 'hands-on' mentality. You also work well in interdisciplinary teams.
- You are willing to learn new things and share your knowledge and experiences with best practices, giving new impulses to the team or our trainees.
- Excellent German language skills and good English language skills round out your profile.
