In your role, you will accompany and steer digital transformation projects in the area of time tracking and access control.
You will work interdisciplinary with other departments and are primarily responsible for ensuring that the projects are successfully implemented for our customers.
In addition, you will have fun working in development and IT, so you will happily bring forward topics such as API interfaces, AI, or cyber security with ideas and implementations!
Your tasks
- You will accompany projects with PCS hardware and software - also in combination with additional components from the areas of video, offline systems, door components, RFID systems, segregation systems, and gates
- You are responsible for the installation and commissioning of PCS software (also with SAP connection) at the customer - this includes testing software modules and preparing terminal parameterization
- You will advise and train our partners and customers, so that you understand yourself as a consultant (m/w/d) in the project group
- You will work in interdisciplinary teams, as you will support sales in the pre-sales phase through project planning and on-site inspections or, if necessary, technical support by phone in 2nd-level support
- In addition, you are responsible as an administrator (m/w/d) for the application management of the interface systems, optimize processes, create system documentation or support us in further developments in the area of cyber security, API interface management or other exciting digitalization projects
Your profile
- Successfully completed studies in computer science, engineering, or natural sciences, or a technical training or comparable qualification
- First relevant work experience in a similar environment as project management - ideally with cloud-based systems
- Good knowledge of software development - SQL databases, Java, or network technology are no foreign words for you
- You have fun and curiosity in relation to new technologies and work proactively to learn new, complex subject areas
- A structured way of working, team ability, solution orientation, and good English skills, as well as the willingness to travel on business, are required
