Job Description
The Director, Growth Marketing will lead the strategy and execution of acquisition, demand generation, and customer marketing to achieve PDQ's pipeline and revenue goals. This role requires both creative and analytical thinking in partnership with leaders across Marketing, Sales, Rev Ops, Customer Success, and Product.
Requirements
- 7+ years of B2B growth experience at a SaaS or technology company
- Proven track record of building and leading demand generation and customer marketing programs that consistently meet or exceed pipeline targets
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategies
- Results-driven with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization
