Job Description
We are looking for a "ROCKSTAR" Leasing Manager to join our team at our soon to be acquired community of 650+ units, located in Dallas, Texas. The ideal candidate should enjoy customer service and working with the public.
Requirements
- Ideal candidate should enjoy customer service and working with the public
- Must be able to build and maintain rapport with tenants and promote retention
- Must have prior experience developing and implementing marketing plans to increase occupancy
- Oversees, directs, and mentors leasing team to meet departmental goals
