Job Description
We are looking for a "ROCKSTAR" Maintenance Technician to join our team at our 1,200+ unit property, Ramblewood Apartments. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service to our customers and have maintenance experience, including technical and HVAC understanding.
Requirements
- Prolonged periods standing and walking.
- Must be physically able to climb ladders, bend, or crawl into awkward spaces.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
- Must be able to traverse a variety of properties with stairs and in a variety of weather.
