Job Description
We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our team at Ramblewood Apartments. Ideal candidate will provide exceptional service to customers and have maintenance experience, including technical and HVAC understanding.
Requirements
- Prolonged periods standing and walking
- Physically able to climb ladders, bend, or crawl into awkward spaces
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds at a time
- Ability to traverse a variety of properties with stairs and in a variety of weather
