Job Description
Seeking a Paint & Drywall Maintenance Technician to join our team at Ramblewood Apartments, performing repairs, painting, and general maintenance tasks, with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Perform drywall repairs, including patching, taping, mudding, sanding, and texturing
- Complete interior painting for apartment turns, touch-ups, and common areas
- Prepare surfaces for painting, including drywall finishing and wall repairs
- Assist with general maintenance tasks as needed to support the property and team
- Reliable transportation
