Job Description
Peak is seeking a Paint & Drywall Maintenance Technician to join their team at Ramblewood Apartments. The position requires performing drywall repairs, interior painting, and assisting with general maintenance tasks.
Requirements
- Perform drywall repairs, including patching, taping, mudding, sanding, and texturing
- Complete interior painting for apartment turns, touch-ups, and common areas
- Prepare surfaces for painting, including drywall finishing and wall repairs
- Assist with general maintenance tasks as needed to support the property and team
- Must have reliable transportation
