Job Description
Peak is seeking a Paint & Drywall Maintenance Technician to perform drywall repairs, interior painting, and general maintenance tasks at the Ramblewood Apartments.
Requirements
- Perform drywall repairs, including patching, taping, mudding, sanding, and texturing
- Complete interior painting for apartment turns, touch-ups, and common areas
- Prepare surfaces for painting, including drywall finishing and wall repairs
- Assist with general maintenance tasks as needed
- Reliable transportation
