Job Description
Peak Management is looking for a "ROCKSTAR" Property Manager to join their team at Beckwith Place Apartments in Grand Rapids, Michigan. The ideal candidate should have experience creating and enhancing value at all phases of a property's life cycle, with a minimum of 5+ years in a Property Manager role and managing a staff of two or more.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a Property Manager role
- Management experience of a staff of two or more
- Strong technical skills in budget preparation and reporting, finance, leasing, operations, and Fair Housing
