Property Manager

Peak Management is looking for a 'ROCKSTAR' Property Manager to join their team at their soon to be acquired property. The ideal candidate should have experience creating and enhancing value at all phases of a property's life cycle, strong technical skills, and a positive attitude.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years in a Property Manager role and managing a staff of two or more
• Strong technical skills in budget preparation and reporting, finance, leasing, operations and a solid understanding of Fair Housing
• Prefer candidates with student housing experience
