Peak is looking for a Resident Specialist to join our team at Ramblewood Apartments in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Ideal candidate interacts directly with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy, provides high quality customer service, and fosters a positive relationship with residents and staff.

Requirements

• Reliable transportation
• Solid understanding of Fair Housing
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds
• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer and standing and walking, giving tours, and meeting with potential tenants
