Job Description
We are looking for a Salesforce Consultant & Business Analyst to support our CRM Practice. The job can be done remotely from Germany or Austria. Key responsibilities include integrating business requirements and technological solutions, preparing and moderating customer workshops, and staying up to date with the latest Salesforce innovations and trends.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of professional experience in consulting or in a comparable industry
- Fundamental experience in recording functional requirements for at least 2 years
- At least 2 years of experience with Salesforce Sales, Service, Marketing, or Commerce Cloud
- Practical experience with Salesforce formula, Process Builder, and Flows configuration
- Proactive and solution-oriented working style
