Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Consultant & Business Analyst to support our CRM Practice in Germany. The role involves acting as an 'Integrator' between business requirements and technology solutions, leading customer workshops, and developing skills through Salesforce training and mentoring.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in consulting or in a comparable industry
- In-depth experience in capturing functional requirements for at least 4 years
- At least 4 years of experience with Salesforce Sales, Service, Marketing, or Commerce Cloud
- Experience in Pre-Sales activities is a must
- Salesforce certifications are a must
- Practical experience with configuring Salesforce formulas, Process Builder, and Flows
- Experience with redefining processes and dealing with customer expectations
- Experience with project management and change management is an advantage
- You have a proactive and solution-oriented way of working
- You can also perform full performance remotely and have already gained experience working in a remote team
- Specialization in industry clouds such as Consumer Goods Cloud or Non Profit Cloud is an advantage.
