Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Consultant (m/f/d) – Consumer Goods Cloud Retail Execution to join our team. You will work closely with leading consumer goods companies to design, implement, and optimize retail execution solutions that drive sales performance, strengthen field operations, and enhance customer engagement.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in the consulting industry.
- At least 4 years of experience with Salesforce projects delivering and/or leading implementations
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Consumer Goods Cloud Retail Execution projects
- Proven experience in functional requirements gathering for at least 4 years.
- Past experience in leading IT projects is a must.
- Salesforce certifications are a must.
- Hands on configuration experience with Salesforce formulas, process builder, flows.
- Hands-on experience with the enhanced data model of CG Cloud is preferred.
- Understanding of the REX Offline application is a benefit.
- Experience with process re-engineering and handling of client expectations.
- Experience with project management and change management are a benefit.
- Proactive, can-do attitude and a mind designed for problem-solving.
- Capable of working in a remote team.
- English language skill is a must.
