Leasing Manager

The Leasing Manager is an onsite leader who will drive the property’s leasing and marketing efforts, collaborate with the property manager, and lead a team to achieve established revenue, occupancy, resident, and retention goals.

Requirements

• 2+ years of leasing off campus student housing apartments
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a leadership role preferred
• Some weekend and evening availability preferred
• Communication skills that foster an environment of connection and belonging, teamwork and productivity
• A passion for helping college students find their next home
