Leasing Manager

The Leasing Manager will be responsible for driving the property's leasing and marketing efforts, collaborating with the property manager, and leading a team to achieve revenue, occupancy, and resident retention goals.

Requirements

• 2+ years of leasing off-campus student housing apartments
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a leadership role preferred
• Some weekend and evening availability preferred
• Communication skills that foster an environment of connection and belonging, teamwork and productivity
